Hunters Ranch by Legend Homes

We moved into hunters ranch June 2019. I have previously placed a review regarding the flooring. Our brand new vinyl flooring was peeling up and had sharp edges. They came back out and re did the whole entire downstairs. The pictures below are AFTER getting it redone. We have had someone come out to re caulk the base boards and they look just as messy. We’ve had enough taking time off work to come home so they can fix their work. We have had nothing but bad experiences with these people.

Went to look at home options for client, staff was very friendly. This area is superb, big difference of tranquility as to other outskirts areas of San Antonio.

We had reserved a house in hunters ranch two days ago from this posting. When we went to look at the house we noticed right away that the dimensions were off from advertised listing. I took measurements of most main rooms and requested the blueprints from Rachel. Garage local listing was supposed to be 18ft wide and 20ft in depth, I measured the width at 17ft 6 in and the depth at 19ft 5in with an estimated sq ft loss of $1875. At 525 pm on 2 Feb 2021 I requested the blueprints to compare measurements. It is now 1148 am 3 Feb 2021 and I am yet to recieve the measurements and the price has jumped up 4k. It appears to be a tactic of question our build and well hike up the price to try and force a non questioning buy. I highly do not recommend anyone do business with them if they are applying

Model home is beautiful... I think the color selection of the newly built homes are too dark n makes the community look dreary...
