Been living here more than three years. The place has been very comfy, and the ample parking means I can have friends over without worry. The maintenance team is friendly, and they're fast to respond and good about communicating ahead of time when something needs to be done. Extra credit also to the leasing office. There was a mixup recently when it came to some maintenance that needed to be done in my garage, which left me without the garage for a few weeks. The manager communicated clearly about what'd happened, and even moved the things in my garage out of the way of the concrete work (and then helped me move it back to my car). They gave me a credit for the time I was without the garage that was frankly more than I expected. In short, they make it right when something goes wrong -- wh

Update: Back down to 2 stars (closer to 1 star) unfortunately renewed a lease recently, or I'd leave. No quiet hours. Way too noisy, super thin walls and floors. Constant stomping and slamming from neighbors 8-12 hrs a day. Not a moment of peace at anytime, not even during sleep. Been forced to wear noise cancelling headphones for most of the day/night last few weeks. Been living here a couple of years now, started out very good, but the last year everything has been declining. Downgraded from 3 to 2 star, probably move to 1 star at this rate...the noise levels are unbearable at this point vs a year or two ago. Hardly ever a hour of silence from morning to night, and often unacceptable amounts of noise late past midnight. I'd say the general upkeep has gotten worse, the inside of

I have lived here for many years and they are so good to me. My maintenance requests are completed very efficiently. The staff is wonderful far above and beyond. Thank you !

Moved out after a dispute over questionable move-out charges. They claimed full carpet replacement was needed due to a small spot near the bathroom (easily cleanable) and charged for vinyl "discoloration" that was just uneven lighting. They also added attorney fees from a prior eviction case that was settled by agreement with no breach finding - yet they still tried to bill me for their lawyer. When I asked for basic documentation like paid receipts (not just unpaid invoices) and measurements for prorated charges, they refused to provide them. Instead, they sent time-limited "settlement offers" claiming they were just a "concession," then threatened to send the account to collections and report to credit bureaus when I asked questions. They even offered to waive late fees as a "good faith

As a 3-year resident, there are certain pieces of communication that I feel are basic. For example, the staff went from regularly cleaning the foyers in every building for a clean appearance to barely showing up once a month. If it is due to short staffing, that is understandable but should be communicated via email. Also, if rent increases are going to happen, I feel that should be relayed via email so the tenants know to verify the monthly rent. While yes, the tenant has to click on accept, it is helpful to have a heads up that I should review in even more detail than I normally do. The outward look of the apartment complex has also gone very downhill. There is regularly trash all over the property and no sign that the staff are making an effort to keep it clean - despite the numerous st
