Hunter's Pointe

I’m sharing my experience with touring the complex, not living as I haven’t moved in. My touring experience was great. Sigearie was a pleasure to work with; she extended all hospitality and convenience. She was honest and transparent as well as informative and helpful. Prices of the location aren’t bad either. My only knock or criticism would be that the additional fees aren’t readily posted so someone could go in thinking they paying one price then find they have to pay $80 more per month. Outside of that, this location is in my top 5 places to move to in the next month or so.

The sales representative was very friendly and professional. She knows how to interest you in explaining the place and what it offers. I am glad that we had a tour yesterday. On tomorrow Friday February 6th, 2026 my son, daughter and I will be completing the application for consideration. Thanks again for your time and consideration in this matter.

The staff here allowed us to move into a unit with multiple issues, the worst of which was an electrical fire hazard forcing us to evacuate the apartment for 3 weeks. During this time, we emailed and attempted to contact the Hunter's Pointe staff multiple times but received no response or timeline about when the power would be back on. We were forced out of our apartment during Christmas and had to couch surf until we found somewhere else to move. We called Duke energy and they told us that the same issue had happened back in May, 2025, something HP had neither disclosed nor properly repaired, putting our lives and possessions at risk. If you move here, record ALL issues, take pictures, submit maintenance requests in writing and email all maintenance issues to the office for their record,

Ok… so today I go to the Front Office to have them do the walk through. Now I’m told that there is a form that has to be signed 15 days prior. I had been in the Front Office 3 different times to let them know I was moving and spoke to 2 different individuals and NOT ONCE did the say; “here” is the form you have to sign. 15 day early termination: $795
