I have been in my apt for over a year going on 2 years, I love my apt! Most importantly I love the staff Ms. Tasha & Kayla are the very best!!!! Very professional, any questions or concerns they’re always here to fix it right away! Very good at communicating with anything going on in the building/community. The trash shutes, elevators, gym & mailroom just gives me that luxury feeling staying here. I’ve never had any issues always have a parking spot, rarely run into any neighbors it’s pretty quiet and peaceful. <3

Very Beautiful place with staff who go above and beyond just to be a bright light. I visited this place and I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. My personal opinion is the staff went above and beyond just to lend a helping hand during our family's house hunting journey. We are truly grateful! Thanks for making the biggest difference to many.

Amazing property, the units are very sizable for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing safe, the property manager Latasha is very understandable when it comes to her residents. I definitely love it out here & glad I was approved.

The property is beautiful The property managers really care about the up keep of the building and getting things done. They are friendly and timely… very quiet neighbors

The building have a mold issue, nobody seems to care at all. Building is built very cheap . The staff isn't useful at all the only person that try to help is Ms. Tasha but she don't have no power at all she still need the owners say so . The owner dont want to even replace items that you lost ... IF YOU THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN PLEASE DONT YOUR GOING TO REGRET IT, THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING BUT THE REAL ISSUE THE BUILD HAVE A VERY BADDDDD MOLD PROBLEM ... LOST 75% OF MY CLOTHES AND SHOES AND KITCHEN ITEMS
