I have my rental property with HuntAHome for 3 years. As business owner of HuntAHome, its goal is to maxiumn revenue/profit with averaged/minimum work done, which I totally understand. As a landlord myself for multiple rental properties, my goal is to get the competitive estimates with quality deliverables. I highly communicate, totally transparent, honest and fair. I appreciate transparency and efficiency. Time is of the essense. Since our goals depart over time, I am sadden to end our business relationship as of today 12/31/2025. Thank you for your care and support for the past 3 years! Wish you the very best, HuntAHome!

UPDATE!! Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. It was Good at first. But I hate the fact I cant get in touch with no one is hard. Having issues with the app and my bank. Them not answering costed me extra because of it. UPDATE - 2026 IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING RENTING THROUGH HUNTAHOME, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST. I was hit with charges totaling almost $1,000 for “repairs” that were never actually performed. The technician was at my home for about 10 minutes, and no real work was completed, yet I still received a bill like a full service job happened. The issue is I document everything. I have cameras, I record visits, and I keep receipts. Based on what I have, the charges do not match what took place. I am leaving this review as a warning to other renters: keep your own records,

Zero stars. We went without air conditioning for over 20 days during the peak of summer, and it took David Morris and his team an unreasonably long time to finally address the issue. After multiple requests for some form of compensation, we were offered just a $200 rent credit, but it could only be applied to the final month of our lease, which is still more than a year away. We reached out several times asking for it to be applied sooner, but did not receive any response for more than five weeks, and only after following up again. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. Based on this experience, we have little trust that future issues would be handled any more efficiently. Overall, it has been a very disappointing situation, and we do not p

Warning: HuntAHome Ripped Off My Clients for Nearly $5,000 As a real estate professional, I’m warning landlords, tenants, and agents—do NOT trust HuntAHome. HuntAHome delivered a filthy, neglected property to my clients—ideal tenants with excellent credit and income—after they moved across the country with their infant and 2 dogs. The home was filthy, with wildly overgrown weeds, grime on doorknobs, doors, and kitchen appliances, dead bugs littering the floors and carpets, plus unchanged air filters, clearly not inspected prior to move-in (if it was, they have extremely low standards) or even cleaned between tenants. When my clients rightly refused to take possession of the home due to health concerns the home imposed because of the gross delivery of the property, HuntAHome offered only a

We went without air conditioning for over 20 days during extreme heat before David Morris and his team finally fixed it. After having to repeatedly ask for compensation, they offered a $200 deduction—but only on our last month’s rent, which is 17 months away..... I reached out multiple times to ask if the deduction could be applied sooner, but it took over 38 days to get a response, and only after I followed up again. The lack of communication and unreasonable timeline from David Morris and his team has been incredibly frustrating. God forbid if anything else happens — we highly doubt it would be fixed in a timely manner. Unfair, unreasonable, unprofessional. I would not recommend this company and will NOT be renewing my lease.
