I went to a previously scheduled house tour, after waiting 15 minutes, of no contact, the owner of the house come outside and tell me that they already sold the house that morning. I had no contact from the real estate agent after I sent them my pre approval letter. No cancellation or communication from the real estate agent since I sent the pre-approval letter for a mortgage.

My realtor was Valerie Ferguson, and I cannot express how utterly wonderful she was to work with! She was" on it" continuously.. Took care of everything..
