Huning Castle Luxury Apartments

I lived in Huning Castle from June 20, 2025 until October 16, 2025. I was extremely happy I could get out of the lease. this apartment was nothing as I thought. I thought luxury meant luxury even though they were kind to me, I did not vet this place well. I was not allowed to see the apartment until about 10 or 12 days before I was to move in. I had already given notice where I lived. I had no choice. I had no idea the noise level outside was going to be unbearable. I have a service dog because I can’t hear well. my dog got so anxious which is why I had to move. She wouldn’t go out on the porch. She stayed in my dark room. Also it was not luxury. My experience here was horrible these two gentlemen in general were very creepy and had a very weird (not friendly vibe) I was working Amazon deliveries and dropping off packages at this complex. As I pulled in I smiled at the two old men in my vest waved and said hi , didn’t get any response in return , I kept walking in a rush to deliver packages on time as I pass them I can just feel them staring me down also as I glance back ,the entire way till I was out of their sight , I finally find the apartment but I am then questioned by the lady whom I delivering her package , she seemed nice but also made me feel uncomfortable as she wouldn’t leave me alone, I was out of range and couldn’t continue my route until I was in the correct vicinity , she wanted to know exactly what I was doing and p

I wish I could have given this apartment a zero, I have lived here for 1 year. The only nice thing is the service like maintenance and management act quickly on concerns. However, the walls are paper thin and even small, should I say tiny speakers (10 watts) will affect neighbors. You can hear your roomate’s full conversations at normal speaking volume. Terrible when it comes to enjoying. and the neighbors will keep complaining for anything if you walked they will complain. I really don’t recommend anyone to live here the hot tub doesn’t work they have put the temperature meter inside the locked room so you can’t adjust or do nothing they only care about money.

I lived on the second floor facing the street. There is no way to get around the noise from the streets. I would hear cars and motorcycles at late hours of the evening off Central Ave. I even got sound resistant curtains (which I had to buy myself), and it did nothing to curb the noise. There were also odd mechanical noises coming from the walls. The main problem was that the walls are super thin. The remodeling done in the unit also was not well planned. Also the remote control frequency from the ceiling fan/light was crossed with another unit so when the neighbor turns on and off the fan and lights, mine would get affected. The only saving grace was that the staff working there was very responsive to needs.

One of the best places we have lived (we lived here for 3 years – would have been longer but we moved out of state)! It may be on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. Management and maintenance are very responsive and friendly. Every need we had was promptly taken care of. The grounds and building are beautiful and well maintained. Read some reviews with negative comments but some of that comes with apartment living. I cannot say that their negative experience was anything like our experience - we very rarely heard our neighbors through the walls and had no issue with the move out process.
