I don’t even know where to start with how amazing Jonathan and Wendy are. We met Jonathan at an open house and gave him our info- he didn’t blow our phones up like most realtors do- and I appreciated that SO much. He spent 3 days showing us homes in the areas we were interested in, one being thanksgiving eve, which happened to be the house we wanted to put an offer in on. Jonathan wanted to make sure we got to see the property during the daylight, so Thanksgiving morning he met us there so we could, and then we put our offer in that night.
