Hudson View Gardens

Hudson View Gardens is a really lovely complex located in Hudson Heights in New York City. There is beautiful landscaping and the area is very serene and calm. It's a real contrast from the routine hustle & bustle you experience when walking around New York City!

A quiet, cozy part of the city. The Tudor Style buildings are well kept, and the masonry is cleaned frequently. The apartments themselves have good natural lighting, and are spacious. The private road behind the front row of buildings passes along a second row of buildings, along with a luscious, clean garden, with roses and a clean hedge. A playground for children is next to it with a small sandbox and play structure. There is also a barbecue grill and picnic tables next to the playground. There are security guards, and they will tell members of the public to leave the property.

A truly unique (and one of the original) co-op to NYC. Gorgeous grounds and a very active community with fantastic amenities. There is a beautiful rose garden (NOT open to the public), a penthouse apartment available for tenants to rent for guests, a modern fitness room onsite, annual art show, performing arts groups, you name it. For families, there is a private playground and a school readiness program in the private playroom. I'm kind of glad the secret isn't out on this place.

A unique gem! An oasis of greenery and beauty. We’ve lived here 25 years and can’t imagine a better place to live.

One of the most beautiful sets of apartment complex. I love the gorgeous buildings, the river view, the cute management team and more. I would definitely want to get a place here in the future!
