Hudson Terrace Apartments

1. Very noisy and dusty. It is too close to the highway, so the room is always dusty. The apartment sound proof is bad, you can hear any noise from your neighbor up and down, left and right, even in the middle of night. People often move their furniture in the midnight. So imagine the noise 2. During the day time, the mower blow the loud machine for cleaning downstairs in your side of building. then in the afternoon, you will hear the same loud mower again across the the narrow street in the opposite side almost daily. The loud noise is excruciating. You can hardly have any peace and quiet time at home. 3. Important reminder: Before the tenant moves out, the management office asks you to make $250 move out deposit. The office promises you to refund to you several weeks after you move out

Since 2025, someone moved in to the building (could be 2 units). They smoke CIGARS inside the apartment building day and night. You can't open windows for fresh air. Reported to the building management office and got no response. Look elsewhere if you want to rent or buy apartments in these 3 buildings.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, great place to live, This IS NOT the place for you! These buildings are filthy, falling apart, machines in the laundry room are always breaking down, oh but they love to raise the price (🤷🏼‍♀️) the bike room has honestly bikes from the 60’s maybe 70’s thrown in there! The smell of the mildew is absolutely overwhelming when you enter! The hallway windows do not stay open, you need a stick or something, same in the apts. You can hear your neighbors sneeze, cough, talk, blasting music and everything else! absolutely no peace whatsoever and if you reach out to the weird person that supposedly works in the management office you’ll get No help at all. When I interviewed to live here, they told me I had to meet with the director of the board, I sat with him

Parking is not great. Parking signs are confusing and deliberately there to raise revenue. You may need to call Ft Lee police if you intend to park over 2hrs to avoid getting ticketed especially Merkel At.
