Hudson on Farmer

I just wanted to leave a review to say the leasing team at Hudson on Farmer is absolutely outstanding! The assistant manager Avery is so kind and helpful, and Madeline (leasing consultant) is wonderful! Avery was able to help me with all questions I’ve had and both women are always kind and make an effort to help in any way they can. By far the best leasing team I’ve ever experienced, they deserve a raise for how well they do!

Update: Property Manager called and canceled the trash charge. You shouldn’t have to waste a month of back for forth and threat them to sue to have the issue reach the manger. When you certain type of leadership, you have certain type of employee and you know where to NOT to live. For your pocket and mental sanity, looks elsewhere. I am on my way to sue to company for unreasonable charges. They have crazy long list of “hidden fees” $500 ish on top of your lease price. Avery T always sounds fake nice and condescending. She charged $150 trash violations with someone else trash with my flattened box in the bottom. First she said “Boxes are to be broken down and placed in the Trash room.” Then she sent the following photos showing a broken down box placed in the trash room saying is a viol

If nothing goes wrong, it's a nice apartment complex on the higher end for rent. From my experience, if something does go wrong, then honestly, you're screwed. To summarize, there was a crack in my bathtub (which was deemed to have naturally occurred due to use) and I was told that it had to be fixed urgently (with the application of epoxy resin). To accomodate, I moved up my trip as I am aware of my smell sensitivity and pre existing respiratory issues. I was told that the smell would dissipate 3-4 days after application. I was also notified that the chemicals shouldn't be considered 'toxic' 4 hours after application. However, arriving home on the third days after the application, I found that the smell was very condensed and I could not sit in my apartment much less work from it without

The leasing team at Hudson are excellent. Madeline, Emily, and Avery took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and with kindness.

Avoid！The building seems to amplify structural impact noise, and security is unreliable with little follow-up. When I raised a legitimate safety concern, management’s answer was essentially “pay thousands to transfer.” Exploitative and unprofessional.
