Do you have a nice car and don’t care that the kids in your complex will ruin your paint? Do you mind if your children get electrocuted, every now and again? If you don’t mind any of that AND MORE! Come on and apply! If your a druggy you’ll get picked first! Do make sure you’re one of the favorites, you’ll get to break rules and move to different apartments.

Single mother on DISABILITY was told she owed thousands of $$ in back rent but was NEVER showed ANY documentation as to how or where it came from…But they had NO PROBLEM THREATENING to EVICT so PAID thousands just 2 1/2 months ago just to be told YET AGAIN somehow owe almost 3000.00 again,AND due within 24 hours…Not to mention the “RULES” applying ONLY to certain people and ONLY certain times…Young people getting apartments ILLEGALLY or having FELONS just move in!And the MASSIVE MASSIVE IN THE OPEN DRUG PROBLEM literally going on AND NOTHING is being done! How about ALL the structural AND plumbing issues,leaking and/or unusable sink issues (gotta love NOT being able to do your dishes,right?!)So BLACK MOLD is an issue!!But NO WORK orders EVEN with EVERY kind of communication done on tenets

DOG FRIENDLY!!! Especially pitbulls! Have as many as you want! No breed or size restrictions! No pet deposits required. No matter how vicious. You could even have litters, to sell within the complex, for a little extra cash! In this neighborhood, 20 out of 52 Apts have ATLEAST 1 canine . So, no need for a dog park, just let your furbabies run, where ever they decide, to leave their "little messes". Shoot, your dog might even be lucky enough to get its own bedroom if you're overweight!

Called 3 times, left 3 messages... Management won't even return calls. Not a Good Start. Never Rented from them but already see Poor Management skills. Moving on... Apparently, my Money is not Green Enough for a Simple Call Back. Oh well...

Didn't care for it..Alot of women looking for someone to take care of them.TRASHY im sure there are nice ppl living there, hardworking.
