My insurance company wanted an up to date 4 point inspection. I called Suncoast Home Inspections and Joseph Anthony answered the call. Joe was extremely polite and he actually gave me two options as to do the 4 point inspection. I chose the one that worked for me. He showed up on time and did the 4 point and I received the inspection report in a very timely matter. I was very impressed with Joe’s professionalism and his kindness.
