Hudson 5401 Apartments

I am so happy with my services out here. I was visiting a friend before class one day and my little kitten happened to escape. I was trynna catch him for 10 minutes and just could not!... I went to class & when I came back, he was gone. Usually he’ll stay near the car or so & hide in the tire away from people and run to me when I get back! … long story short, the very nice resident helped me figure out how to find my cat & Eric up front in management I believe took him home & really took great care of my kitten! I’m forever grateful for him finding my kitten and returning him to me in one piece :)

I've been living at this apartment complex for a month now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, making it a truly comfortable place to live. The management team especially Tiana McCall (ask for her she’s wonderful ) was great helping me make my transition here smooth and easy are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel at home. The amenities are top-notch — from the clean and modern fitness center to the pool and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which really gives peace of mind. The location is also a big plus! It’s close to shopping, dining, and major highways, making it super convenient for commuting or just gettin

My family and I just moved to Hudson at 5401 at the end of June, and we are loving it! We wake up every morning and have to remind ourselves that we're home and not in a hotel. The luxury finishes make the apartment absolutely gorgeous from the wood-like flooring to the waterfall countertops. The neighbors also seem super friendly as I find myself talking to someone at the pool or clubhouse every time I leave my apartment. We also have two dogs who get to meet new pup friends every day in this pet friendly community. I am not leaving this 5-star review because of the things mentioned above. The biggest reason Hudson at 5401 deserves 5 stars is because of the staff. The management team here at 5401 have been SUPER responsive. They have guided my husband and I through every step of the move

I have been waiting over a week and a half for a call back from management regarding a couple of questions/issues, one of which was time sensitive. I have called 3 times to follow up and was repeatedly told the “manager” would give me a call back the next day. The third time I called, I was told the manager had actually been “out of town all week”. No followup or accountability - I was just told everyone is “very busy” and “things just slip through the cracks”. It seems there’s been a change in management, which is unfortunate, because it’s a clear departure from the high standards of the previous management with Elizabeth and Rebecca, who were always responsive, caring and helpful. Extremely disappointed.

I moved into Hudson 5401 Dec.1st 2023 from New York City and when I tell you I manifested everything I have from then until now. I remember around 2016-2017 when I decided to allow my daughter to attend a year of school out here due to my hectic work schedule and I felt she needed a feel of living in the south and experiencing school here. My mother’s house is literally 4 mins away down the street on Spring Pines Way so her base school is Riverbend Elementary which is in the community. As I went to enroll her for school I said to my mom you know, it’s beautiful here and one day this will be my home. I scheduled a tour with Rebecca in 2018 I believe but at the time I wasn’t ready to relocate as of yet but she was great. Five years later I said I’m ready so I scheduled a tour with Heaven and
