Hub Raleigh Leasing Office

I recently toured the Hub and had an amazing experience! Avery Phillips was my tour guide and did such a perfect job of showing my friend and I around! She was well knowledgeable on every question we asked and had us leaving with a smile on our faces. She is amazing! We love The Hub! 5 stars!

Hub has been incredibly easy to lease with. My roommate and I came in with many questions, and Hub (specifically their staff), was very helpful in answering. The leasing process is very streamlined and transparent. They are great about having deals and events to have fees waived. Adrianna LoScalzo was our leasing agent, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was great about communication; she gave us a phone number to text questions to, and she was very quick to respond (even during off hours and closure). Adrianna and the team are great people and represent Hub well. I highly recommend Hub this far into my experience with them.

The Hub was extremely friendly during my one experience I had with them. I was looking to sign a lease for next year, however, things fell through as I found other housing options. Avery was super kind in helping me through that process, and very open about The Hub’s different amenities and benefits. I’m excited to see how people like it, as it truly seems like a great place to live!

Absolutely amazing experience. I loved all the options they had to offer between the different layouts. The selling point for me was the quality of the bathrooms Hub Raleigh has to offer. Elijah Lott was a huge help as well. He answered all my questions and was very patient with my decision making.

Nolan Jensen was absolutely amazing during my tour, he made the entire experience incredible from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, answering every question with confidence and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell he truly cares about his work and takes pride in what he does. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and he made the property shine. I would highly recommend asking for Nolan if you’re looking for someone who will give you an informative, engaging, and overall fantastic tour experience. Five stars all the way!
