I recently moved in. Maria has been nothing but an exceptional leasing agent from start to finish. She made herself accessible via email or phone. I really appreciate how attentive she’s been. Even after I moved in, she checked in on me. I had a minor issue that we noticed together and Eddie from the maintenance team has been super responsive and helpful to get it resolved. The apartment was freshly painted and smelled very clean at move in. I’ve spoke to a couple neighbors in the elevator. All residents were super friendly and expressed their happiness with the community and the management. I’m really satisfied and looking forward to living in downtown Bridgeport.

I am a new resident to both Bridgeport CT & the HSW Community and I am absolutely in love! I am a college student and the studio I rented is huge! The building has an office space full of tables where I go often to study or do work. Having the laundry room in the building is a huge convenience. I love the location downtown, I am so close to everything. The bus/ train station is a walk away and the mall is only 10 minutes away. Being downtown you are surrounded by many restaurants which is nice. Everyone here is nice and I feel safe. I had the pleasure of working with Maria - she is amazing! She is literally an e-mail or phone call away she made this process and transition so easy for me. I definitely see myself staying for a while.

There are a lot good things to say about this place, super clean, super secure and quiet environment. I sent a message looking for apartment availability, since my son was accepted in an internship at Connecticut, and Maria Bistolas answered immediately. I was concerned because this is my first time moving to US, but Maria did it easy, she guided me through the process and was so patient with all my questions and inquiries. Also, I have to say that William Torres (the maintenance guy) always is available for whatever you need, he is very kind and quick. When my son moved out, because he finished his internship, we received the same excellent and kindly service. Definitely this is a wonderful place to live. Thank Maria & William both of you are the best!!!!

I lived at HSW for two years (2018-2020). The building is gorgeous and well maintained, the maintenance man Will is the nicest guy ever and the leasing lady Maria is genuine and helpful. The residents were clean, quiet and respectful and commuting to NYC via Metro-North was so easy. If this property was anyplace other than Bridgeport, the rent would be double what they’re asking for. It is a great, affordable place to live.

HSW apartments are gems in downtown bridgeport. Our one bedroom apartment was so large we didn't know what to do with all the space. The complex is very clean and has great amenities. Our leasing associate Maria was ALWAYS available and very, very helpful. The staff at HSW such as William, and others were very kind and helpful as well. I cannot begin to thank everyone enough for the wonderful experience I've had here, and I felt safe. HSW will always be highly recommended.
