HSLC - Lexington Loan Production Office

Tried to get a loan for over 3 months. Started in September. Here it is December and still nothing. Very very poor communication. He took a vacation during the time we were scheduled to close. After rescheduling our closing date he forgot to get an appraisal until I pressed him for it. 1 hour before closing he told me they couldn’t get the documents in time and it was going to be another 3 weeks before we can close due to the holidays. Total mess and left us in a big financial bind just before the holidays. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!

I’m afraid the communication from Zach Pavey was terrible from beginning to end. Having to observe my husband and son-in-law work with him for months on end and witness their constant frustration was miserable. This gentleman is missing the customer service gene. I would suggest a different lender…even for refinancing.

I've worked with Zach Pavey on multiple loans for myself and others. He has always excelled and brought the highest level of integrity and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend him to more friends/family/clientele!
