What can I say about this wonderful apartment. My husband an I would love to say thank you for all of the leasing staff . .Mrs. Antoinette we want to personally thank you for your assistance and support getting my husband in our lovely place. Second thank you for helping his wife who has a disability. to pick the unit with the stand up shower. We thank everyone but hands down we thank you Mrs. Antoinette for given my husband is first please he can say it’s his own. I recommend this place to everybody.

Just know if you ever have a complaint about a loud neighbor they will make you the villain and praise the person making the noise. They will get annoyed by your reports and make you feel unwelcomed or like you’re crazy for reporting people intentionally stomping, scrapping furniture 1am, pacing the ground, walking on their heels, and kids jumping around. They will tell you to be understanding and make excuses for the behavior. Do not expect to be heard because you won’t. Everyone in power will look at you as if you’re the problem for reporting a problem and then when you retaliate from ongoing reports and constantly being ignored by people in charge they will then point fingers at you for finally being fed up and then the person who initially was being the disturbance will make reports on

Just moved in and already dealing with people allowing their children to run around during after hours. Spoke to someone on multiple occasions and all they did was advocate for the person who was making the noise. I just left an apartment where I was dealing with this for an entire year. I’m already looking for somewhere else for my children and I to move to because I see nothing will be done. I was basically told I need to be understanding that this is a shared living space with families that have children and that it won’t always be quiet and that was never the issue. The issue is hearing running before 6am waking my children and I up and hearing running as late as 10-12:30 going into the next day. I’m very upset and have been crying the past few days because I’m being made to look like

I made an appointment for a scheduled tour at 2:45 pm on January 16, 2025. I arrived for my tour on time but the rental office window had an “office closed” sign posted and no one was present. I contacted the agent, Lea, who initially confirmed my appointment, was told someone would reach out to me to help resolve the matter and I never heard back from anyone. Having stepped away from work to attend this appointment, I find the lack of communication to be a total disregard of my time. I coordinated my work schedule specifically for this appointment, and I am disappointed by this lack of professionalism.

I am loving the newness of the building but I dislike how I have to constantly keep hearing people and their children walking and moving and playing above my head ! And it sucks cause they are doing this at 12:00 am when people have to get up for work and others have kids that are already in bed but have to hear other children playing and stomping around above their heads while they sleep . The building is nice and clean but I hate having to deal with the noise of people booming and banging as well as stomping and playing around above my children and I.I hope they will do something to help this matter soon because I am not to please with the noise!
