This is by far the worst management coming I have dealt with in my entire life . I am a medical professional and I have recently moved in to their community in east setauket and I have been targeted ever since I moved in . They keep threatening me for parking my car in the guest parking lot while there are several other residents that routinely park their cars in the guest parking spots . I asked them if the other owners that are parking their cars also getting these warnings and was told by Mary that I would have to tell her the names of people who are parking their cars there . I told her that I can only send her the pictures of the cars not the names of the owners as I’m not privy to that info . She got very hostile . I live in an HOA is Smithtown and HPM has been our management company for the past three years! They have been very helpful in resolving homeowner concerns and informative with on going projects. We did a survey of the community and homeowners expressed how pleased they have been with the change from the previous company!

Exceptional Service from Dave and HPM!As a resident of this community for 25 years, I recently encountered basement flooding due to heavy rain. Dave from HPM went above and beyond to help me. He identified a hidden crack in my basement wall and provided outstanding assistance. Kudos to Dave and HPM for their exceptional service!

You can tell these compliments were either from someone who recently moved in OR from someone who was paid to compliment them. Be careful with this property management company since they never respond to emails, texts or anything. I had to take them to court to get their attention. And then after ward was retaliated against for filing the complaint.

Terrible. Got a nasty gram indicating I had not paid my maintenance fees for the month of May 2019. HPM cashed my check on May 1 and has required that I supply them with a copy of the canceled check that they deposited! Talk about poor recordkeeping! Not only did they send me a bill for a payment I already made but they tacked on a late fee. My financial institution is charging me five dollars for a copy of the cashed check. In the interim I send them a payment for $992 to cover May and June. Those payments have already been covered by my credit union bill pay. Now I am out $992, a $5 fee to prove THEY cashed my bill pay check and a stamp. They also wasted my time. Simply awful.
