After struggling to sell my home in the Georgetown area for almost a year, I signed up with The Summers Group and they were able to find a buyer using various marketing techniques. As a couple of anxious, ambivalent, scared-as-hell first-time buyers, Jennifer was exactly what we needed. She's kind and funny and unfailingly patient. I worked with this group back in June. I was convinced by Jennifer that she would be the best fit to support me and as soon as I signed the agreement, I was immediately transferred over to someone else. Ultimately, I felt like my best interest wasn’t factored in and felt emotionally pressured to make a decision else, I’ll lose out on what was touted at the time as an amazing deal which at this point is just average at best. Ultimately, I blame myself for moving too quick on a home that wasn’t fully built out yet. I was under a constraint of losing my deposit, but ultimately I should’ve followed my initial instincts of pulling out and losing the deposit then being in a home that I regret.
