Terrence is truly a standout member of our community. He is always helpful, kind, and friendly, and he consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents. Whether it’s a small request or an urgent issue, Terrence responds with professionalism and a positive attitude every time. His willingness to go out of his way shows how much he genuinely cares about the people who live here. We’re very lucky to have him as part of our Concord Community!

Terrence is consistently reliable and professional. Whenever something needs to be fixed in the apartment, he arrives on time and takes care of it efficiently. He’s always respectful, friendly, and brings a positive attitude. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of his work!

l moved in 12/10/2024 and l was greeted with Terrance the maintenance man at my property. He was very helpful and has continued to do that making sure to let me know that he will get to my request and needs. It might not be as quickly as possible because he is the only one on this property . I had met him back in late August when I was driving through the complex and saw him. I stopped because I had some questions about becoming a resident here. He went above and beyond to take out of his day the time to help me understand more about a restricted base community.
