You wont go wrong trusting Richmond Realty. They managed a property that my wife and I rented from, and it went very well. From beginning to end, Howard was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. He laid everything out for us and answered all our questions perfectly. If we had maintenance requests, they were very responsive. They communicated well, and smoothly worked out everything that needed to be accomplished. When we moved out, Howard coordinated seamlessly, and helped ensure we covered all our bases. If we weren't moving to the mainland, we likely would've stayed. Howard comes across as a friendly individual, but when it comes to depositing your money on time, and record keeping there is something left to be desired. I hired him to manager my property in August of 2015, and I retained his services for 3 years. As in the fine print of our agreement it states that he will receive 6% upon the sale of my house, he would ask me about selling more regularly than I would receive monthly owners statements. Every year I had to beg for my tax paperwork as well as the owners statements. He did repairs on my home in excess of $500 without notifying me, and on occasion I would have to wait up to 3 weeks before he would deposit a random amount into my account.
