Hannah Hunt helped us to list and sell our first home. She made a very bittersweet moment as seamless as possible! She also goes above and beyond for her customers even years following the sale (goodies around holidays and scrumptious recipes in the mail) making a lasting impression! I HIGHLY recommend Hannah Hunt for any real estate needs!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mike Dennis He allowed his client to enter my property unattended and without permission—on closing and moving day—despite me explicitly stating NO. When confronted, he dismissed my concerns and claimed it was acceptable, which is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of professional conduct and encouraging criminal trespass. This was all done outside of the due diligence period. Additionally, this realtor delayed negotiations for up to three days at a time, creating unnecessary stress and complications. Due to these actions, I am reporting Mike Dennis to the NC Real Estate Commission in an effort to have his license revoked. I strongly advise against working with this realtor. His utter disregard for ethical standards and property

Hannah Hunt is absolutely fabulous to work with. She knows her stuff when it comes to all things real estate, and is a pleasure to work with!

I can honestly say that this is the most dishonest reality company ever. I never signed a contract with them and the realtor tells me I can’t work with anyone else and the big rush was on to sell my home in PA and they expected me to come to NC with no place to stay and tried to get me to stay in a B&B. I smell rip off.

My opinion based on years of experience concerning multiple properties is that this Allen Tate Realtors office is the best in the North Carolina. I have always found them to be very helpful, friendly, and always concerned with making sure your interests are paramount. Many times I have had an idea, but have been given market information that prevented me from making a costly mistake. In other words, they will not sell you anything just to make a buck. Finally, Janet Paris Gray who leads that office as the Broker in Charge is a ROCKSTAR in real estate! She has the awards, credentials, and years of accomplishments that exemplifies the knowledge you hope to find when developing a relationship with an agency. They deserve more stars for all this team does for their clients!
