My wife and I worked with one of Scott's agents after failing to find any house with another agency. We are first time home buyers and are very inexperienced with the search. We looked at probably 50+ homes with the other realtor and with Scott Varleys team, it took only one. Not only could we afford it but we used a recommended bank where we have our perfect payment.
