I've worked with Meg for three transactions, now, and I would recommend her to anybody. Purchase or sale, it didn't matter. Meg made me feel like I was her only client everytime. Meg is a professional with your best interests at heart. She is thoughtful and communicative. When Meg has an update, I feel that I am pulled into the loop immediately, and she goes above and beyond in providing her opinion when asked, but she never comes off as pushy. She's well attuned to her market, and she knows just about every part of the Kingston area. I'll certainly be calling her again for my next purchase.

We had an instant connection with HGTV suggestions in each house which was fun when going through the grueling process of buying a house and 8 months pregnant!! She was super helpful in the closing process keeping all the parties together and moving forward in order for us to close before our baby was born. My family and I moved out of NY during the beginning of the pandemic. After 9 months our family was ready to come back to NY and we contacted Sharon. During these crazy times Sharon showed us 2 homes via FaceTime and we were able to buy a house in Dutchess county just by her live cell phone guided tour. She guided us through the whole process with us being in North Carolina the whole time. We felt so comfortable with the process and the home even though not seeing it in person we just closed a few days ago and saw the house for the first time .
