Alexandra Vysochan Is by far the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of communicating with when trying to obtain information to view/move forward on a property. She is cold, argumentative, dismissive and just simply an unpleasant person. After I submitted all necessary documentation, she proceeded to never reach back out to me. I have contacted repeatedly, she has ignored me. I called her one last time today 04/13 after leaving a string of messages on Zillow and she proceeded to yell at me because I had questions regarding the property I was interested in and the price. She said she ignored me because she “isn’t giving the place away for free” and that “I didn’t answer you because I have nothing to say to you” I have the income, credit, references and money to take this place

Lisa is the most honest and hardworking realtor I've ever met. When I was looking for a house, she paid very careful attention to what I was looking for and kept me very up to date on what was available. She really goes to bat for her clients and will make sure you get exactly what you want. I will trust her with all of my future home buying or selling needs!

If I could leave a half star or negative star I would. I used Debbi Jacob recently to sell my home in Pittsford. I have to say the whole process with Debbi was very frustrating to say the least. She made it seem like she would be available throughout the whole process of selling our house which was absolutely not the case. Our house would have sold very quickly regardless of who the listing agent was. We were able to have the house under contract at roughly 20k over asking within 48 hours which was great(but again the house would have gone over asking anyway just due to the demand of a house in Pittsford). As soon as our house went under contract Debbie was a ghost; never to be seen again. Her daughter Kelly showed up and did everything else. Debbi didn't show up at the closing; s

I recently used Darlene Masucci to sell the home that I was raised in as a child. My parents were still living in the home after moving in in 1954.
