After seeing some promising online reviews, we contacted Greg Francati & unfortunately he wasn't a good fit for us. After the initial email, it took almost two weeks to get a call from him to discuss our needs. Then all he did was set up an automated search that would email us with possible matches. Never heard from him again. If we needed someone more passive, maybe he would have worked - but we were really hoping for someone who would be an active part in our home search.

Absolute headache from start to finish. Agent was inexperienced and did nothing to earn the wages. I found my own house, all she did was print papers and reiterated the same stuff i already knew. Never dealing with them again. Sellers agent was thru this same agency and all she did was complain with a gross look on her face. Goto remax or anywhere but here. Trust me.
