Arbors at Penfield

Moved into The Arbors at Penfield just over 3 months ago (from The Bellagio). Ashley was amazing showing me the wonderful choices at Arbors. Apartments well appointed and fit and finish top notch. Have largest attached garage and it makes it very convenient. Really enjoyed the pool (hot tub) area this summer. Attached Club House gives a Country Club vibe. Large entertaining area, library, fitness center, pool table and tv room, golf simulator and bowling alley. The continued construction a non factor and actually very exciting to watch. Had two very minor issues (lighting) and Christian and Ashley right on top of it. I would highly recommend The Arbors at Penfield!

Love my beautiful apartment! Such a great location as well. Ashley, the manager at Arbors at Penfield is amazing! She is always helpful and has the best attitude, always smiling! Happy I chose to make Arbors my home.

Great place to live! Well appointed, thoughtfully designed units. The community center and pool are modern, clean, and a joy to use. The staff are very friendly. Ashley is easy to work with and very attentive to residents' needs. Highly recommend this growing community as a place to call home.

Arbors of Penfield is absolutely top notch. Starting with the staff, Ashley has been amazing to work with. The property is well designed and the quality of craftsmanship is amazing! The club house is prestige, along with the future retail space. I am so happy I picked this for my home!

My wife and I have been some of the first residents of this new community. From the moment we met Ashley and toured the property, we were sold! Our new home is gorgeous, with an open, airy modern feel. And when you add in all the amenities Arbors offers, you just won't be disappointed. We are very happy we chose the Arbors at Penfield!
