This place has a realtor who tried to talk her client out of doing a home inspection. When the agent was told who would be doing the inspection, a very reputable and honest inspector, the realtor tried to talk the client out of the inspection and then proceeded to try and talk the client to use a different inspector that the realtor knew. It did not go the way the realtor had hoped. The inspection came back and it was not good. The realtor filed a fraudulent complaint on the inspector. Do not do business with this place!

Business hours showing facility is open, yet no one is here and building is locked. Why does it say 9 am to 9 pm Saturday and Sunday if it’s actually closed?

Absolutely awful practices as a realty company. As a Virginia licensed realtor you bring shame to the professionals that work so hard for our clients.

Our agent, Samantha Tumilowiz was amazing. She walked us through buying a home during the virus outbreak.,She was always there to answer questions, clarify, and to check up on how we were doing. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a wonderful experience .

Not a good experience! Post-sale customer service is AWFUL! We spent ALOT of $$ on our house last year, and not ONE time did the realtor follow-up to see how we were doing! In our past experiences with Century21 & Realty USA, the realtor ALWAYS checked in on us to make sure we were faring well in our new home/town...Its the little things that count! We will not being using Howard Hanna for any future realty needs! 👎 👎👎
