We engaged Jack Thyfault to sell a home (and property) for us that we owned in Chenango County. The home belonged to a deceased family member, and we live over a thousand miles away. We have few contacts in the area, and when we began looking for a realtor who was well-regarded, we went to our banker in Norwich for a recommendation, and Jack’s name was first on the list. Bottom line: he did a fantastic job, and I would certainly use him again.
