Gina helped us to find our perfect home, from 1,800 miles away. We moved to the Finger Lakes area from Austin, TX and Gina was incredible. She visited listings for us and FaceTimed us in, helped us narrow down our search until we had a couple homes we wanted to fly up to see in person, then helped us through the purchase process with amazing attention to detail. A person's character is a reflection of how they are as a professional. An agent of this company has shown that, unfortunately, this can be far worse than good. Contradictory to the fact that it is their job to cater desirable locations to their clientele, they've shown indiscriminate disregard for the continued growth of small businesses in the area. This is exemplified in their staunch negative comments and opinions stated on social media about a LOCAL business's right to operate under legal rulings. It is unfortunate to see someone who expresses themselves of having an interest in CNY, also displays a stance against the economic growth of a local community ESPECIALLY during these times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
