I have inquired about 2 homes for rent - one on Perch St and one on Travis Blvd, both in Moyock. I did not get a response at all for Perch St and the Travis Blvd response was verrrry slow and I was unable to re-arrange MY schedule to accommodate the agent. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I work full time and an agent who doesn't work after 2pm or on weekends seems pretty ineffective to me. When I called HH to inquire as to no response to my call I was told only ONE property manager for the area and she works part time. Really? They were no help at all. Owners who are using this company to rent their homes should not expect a quick occupancy for their empty residences. Be prepared to have an empty home for awhile. Asked for a parcel number for a land listing and received a lazy response that didn't include a parcel number. How can you list something for sale and not specify what you're actually selling? Incidentally, another agent or realtor who contacted me regarding another inquiry seemed nice. So have three stars.

Nick Bridger is a positive asset to Howard Hannah Realty! I realize he works in the Elizabeth City office but caring and dedicated realtors like himself is a positive asset to all offices and the entire company.
