This was an excellent experience for our second home purchase with Autumn Dunn. We felt like Autumn's only clients. Autumn was very professional but extremely relatable. Her knowledge of realty in our area (including, but not limited to, assessments, inspections, utilities, water access, deeding, septic systems, insurance, and state/county laws and ordinances) was top notch. We are so very excited about our forever home.

After our neighbors and good friends had Amy Thomas from Rose & Womble, Chesapeake sell their home I decided to make contact and enlist her help to sell ours also. My experience with Amy was very disappointing. The sale was happening whilst I was in a different country and there was very little communication. What communication I did receive had to be mostly coaxed out and at times I felt she was very rude. My questions always seemed like an inconvenience and there was such a lack of explanation. If there wasn't the distance and I didn't feel I had no other choice I would have found a different realtor to work with. In the end there wasn't even a "Thank you" for the nice commission she received from the sale of the property.

Not a lot of experience with this company in North Carolina but did call broker whom was friendly and answered all questions I had. Great personality and friendly.
