We just bought our first home and we are so happy that we had Montel Wiggins for our realtor! He was very patient and always available to answer any questions and help in anyway he could. He helped make this important moment in our life easier and enjoyable. We are so happy with our new home! I definitely recommend Montel to anyone looking for a house.

We recently purchased a home and Rob was our agent. He was knows the area, was always professional and courteous. Additionally, all of the staff we spoke with out of the office was courteous and professional. From my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone out of the Chili-Ogden office.

My wife and I recently sold a house in Gates. Susan Galletto was our realtor. She was very personable and professional when we met her at the house initially, but unfortunately the experience slid downhill from there. Without prompting, Susan did not provide progress updates. Her technical understanding of the contract paperwork is somewhat lacking. One day before the scheduled closing date, we asked for a status to which she had no information. I worked with Pam Dickson and she was incredible!! She was very helpful, and patient with me seeing as it was my first time buying a house. Anytime I texted her she responded in a timely fashion and had answers for me! When we toured houses she helped by pointing out things that would need to be fixed and made sure I knew everything that would help me for the future!!
