Howard Commons

I just moved in this past weekend, and I'm so delighted with Howard Commons! From my initial inquiry call through final move in, the building management (Betty and Silvija!) have been extraordinarily kind, patient, efficient, and helpful. Super organized and professional operation all around. :) My new apartment is by far the cleanest I've ever experienced in several years of apartment living ---- just truly immaculate --- and Billy in maintenance even stopped by to give me appliance tips. :) The property has lovely surrounding areas with lots of activities and beautiful natural spaces, gorgeous community rooms and patios. :)

Stay away from this place! You will be surprised by the hundreds of unreasonable charges posted on you by the tough and greedy management when moving out. I am turning to Better Business Bureau to get a dispute solution.

I love living here. Prior to moving back to Green Bay, I was an every two year mover as I didn’t feel at home in my apartments. I have been here since 2020 and don’t plan on going anywhere else. The unit itself is lovely, but the real catch is the community and staff that Alliance has here. Betty and Sylvia always have a smile and time for a conversation, time to dote on my dog, and always listen to my concerns (which are few). Billy and the maintenance team are awesome, Robert keeps our common areas clean and well maintained, and the groundskeepers do a nice job. I am always greeted warmly by every member of the team here, and I know if there is ever anything I need help with, they will be there! The Howard Commons apartments are so much better than the urban edge luxury apartments. I’d rather live there than here. They have way better rooms. They have a dog park and they have way more after activities than at urban edge luxury apartments You can hear everyone there’s a thin walls and it’s really bad

Good location, management is responsive, the units are nice but not the greatest when it comes to not hearing your neighbors. These were a good value until they raised by 8% the rent after a year, they said they're catching up to the market. Oddly they're still advertising the old rates for new tenants. So keep in mind, if you're a new tenant, you're likely going to see a see a nice rate increase at renewal time. Internet is good but pricey, 1 gig fiber for $60 a month. Most will never come close to using that much bandwidth, it would be nice if tenants could take advantage of the slower speed options through the same company to save a little money.
