I called and needed help yesterday. I spoke with Monica. She was happy to help me. She fixed my issue with no hassle. She was calm and understanding. She didnt make me feel like I was a bother. Do not trust their payment systems. Lost 50 points on my credit score today because of how screwed up their online payment system is. You have to jump through hoops to get auto draft working. Just overall not a pleasant experience and it caused permanent damage. After multiple phone calls they still couldn’t explain how I missed a payment I setup. (Update: MFA looked into this issue for me and made changes to my credit history with them. However the cascading damage to my credit was already done. I am adding an additional star to my review for Kristie reaching out and doing everything in her power to make it right. Thank you Kristie!)
