House Guys (Property Management)

Hello. Ti my knowledge justice services kc did repair the heating problem.because the furnace turned on as it should and produced warmth.nu5 justice said he would tell the owner this unit needs a new furnace.he has told me this 3 times. Twice at the 1st visit and 1tine yesterday.

This Property Management Company gave me a chance after I had been through the most trying difficulties of my life. They believed in me when I felt like no one else did. They gave me a chance. They have upheld there parts of the lease to the fullest. At first I thought the apartment was going to be extremely out of date but they definitely have my unit up to date. The staff with this company are extremely professional and real. Bottom line, you uphold your end of the agreement and take care of the unit and pay on time you should have no issues. I have been here about one year and I have no complaints. Just remember a man or woman is only as good as there word. They receive A++ rating from me

Great company to do business with. I have been renting from my landlord for about 7 years. They just recently switched a few years ago to using this company for property management. We had had several issues with appliances and other things and they have been super efficient with getting someone out to fix it.

Please don’t ! Do business here. Lack communication, and understanding. They stole some of my deposit money. We left there house same way that we got in when we first moved in. Had a video and everything. The owner switch property management to them. It went down hill from there, not able to get anybody over the phone. Infestation with mice. Not to mention they don’t know what they’re doing . The lady that handles I guess the money ,Renee Corwin rude over text messages probably because she work remote in another state. In then there clay , just lost and not handling business. Wish I can zero star this company…..

I will give 2 stars. Now is a cool company only because they'd. We'll let you move in without checking or tripping off your background. So for people who have trouble getting in somewhere. This is the place you can come by. Just know you're going to have problems with getting anything fixed in your home. Or getting someone to come out on time. But they will be on your heels about the rent. I'm not here too, bash. The company but I do agree on them needing more experience on management
