Wow is the word. Josh did a great job. He sent me a postcard and i couldn’t set up a time to get him to see the place. In the meantime another co wanted to buy the property. They were a bunch of crooks. Fortunately I was able to get out of the deal. Josh immediately signed a deal. Never balked on the money. We didn’t have to go to the closing. And viola the money appeared in the account. I can’t wait to sell the next property to Josh. He was a straight shooter and made the deal easy and very quick. Thanks Josh.

It was not, we came to an agreement on the selling price, and everything went like clock work, just like he said it would.
