House 39

I had the pleasure of living at House 39 for a year, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience, largely thanks to the exceptional front desk staff and management team (shoutout in particular to Drilon)!! The front desk staff are an absolute gem. Always greeting residents with a warm smile and genuine kindness, they make coming home feel like a treat, no matter how tough the day was. They go above and beyond—whether it was helping with heavy packages, offering a quick chat, or keeping an eye out for deliveries, their presence added a sense of security and community to the building. I had an excellent experience with Oksana, the leasing agent! She was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She gave me a thorough tour of the property, showed all the amenities, and patiently answered all my questions; she also explained the entire flat application process very clearly. Oksana was also very prompt in handling the paperwork, making the entire process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I genuinely wish all agents were like her!

I lived at House 39 for four years and had a great experience. The units are clean and modern, the amenities are great, and the roof deck is unbeatable. What made my experience particularly special was the people. Over the years, I became friends with many residents and the front desk doorman. Matt, Martinez, Edwin, and Drilon, as well as handymen Andy and Sully, are all outstanding and helped with all practical issues. The units were very quiet, and the only minor drawbacks were a slow washer and dryer and, at times, a slightly unresponsive back office. House 39 commands high prices, but I found it was very much worth it.

Such an incredible place to live! Beautiful amenities and apartments but the people make House 39 so amazing. So beyond grateful for everyone there, but especially Ulysses, Matt and Drillon who are truly the greatest of all time!!!!!!

We did not end up renting in this building, but our experience with the leasing agent Oksana was excellent. She was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the building and neighborhood. Oksana made scheduling simple, answered all of our questions clearly, and handled the process with care. Even though we decided to remain in our current apartment for another year, we truly appreciated her honesty and professionalism.
