Very very poor customer service. Alex and Amelia have no consideration to their tenants and just exploit people for money. I’m in the midst of fighting for my deposit back because I “owe” the landlord money for the time I had to leave the premises due to thermites and they want me to pay back the landlord for him reimbursing my rent. Update: it’s been about three weeks since I mailed the forms back for an $90 charge on my deposit for my electricity, which was no issue. I agreed to take out the $90, and still even now to communication and still haven’t received my money. Completely unprofessional

I have to say I was very disappointed in my experience with hot Florida. They may be good with tenants, however I was the landlady and felt that I was mislead regarding some of the items in the house I was told the new tenant did not want a large flat screen tv and an entire bedroom set left in the house I said that they could donate it to goodwill or habitat for humanity. When I arrived after the tenant left a rosewood table, a water cooler with two brand new water bottles, a heavy duty work bench with attached vise and a large metal cabinet were also gone. I was told by Alex that they were all donated however after many calls and communication asking for receipts they still have not been given to me. By the way, the tv and bedroom set were the only items I was told about. Now I have not
