BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS REALTOR AS A PROPERTY MANAGER!! AND THE LANDLORDS DEAN AND DARLENE GROFF!!(12N kinzer rd and many other properties in kinzers) Hostetters told me that they would no longer manage the Groffs property due to their inability to fix the property. The Groffs tried to charge me my security deposit due to their inability for care of property. Even hostetters told them they couldn't charge things they did. I have pictures of move n and out, every maintenance issue such as burst pipes and black mold. The inspections hostetters did yearly meant nothing. They would have a long list of things to be fixed by the landlord, however never made the landlord fix anything. They never did an initial walk through with us and the first inspection was after almost 2 years we had been living there. The lady that came and did the inspection, Brandi, who no longer works there, was rude and apparently left no notes for when we finally left a few months later. The house was disgusting when we arrived, had to file a complaint right away due to a bug invasion in my daughters room and the carpets upstairs were stained as well as the cabinets needed scrubbing before I could put our dishes in. I would not recommend them. The owners of the home were amazing and we wish we could of rented strictly through them. We felt they were getting taken advantage of.....sadly. In the end I would look around and check out other real estate agencies to rent through.
