I have been looking for quite sometime for an apartment and came across Compass Property Management. I was really unsure on what to expect but the process was simple and painless. A huge shout out to Karen for being a fantastic individual and helpful through the entire process. She has made everything quick and easy and has taken the time to answer all my questions. If you needed a sign to give them a look, I hope this is it.

This review is for Kacey at Compass Property Management. She is moving on with a good foundation to drive forward. Kacey was attentive and managed my case very well. The way that she stood by my side in the first 3 years of living on one of Compass Property Management's rentals was amazing. She not only stuck up for me, she provided a good track record for my survival and ability to attend to a prosperous and productive unit. I am happy to hear that she is moving on. She deserves it. I have gotten my B.S. in Professional Studies with a Minor in Global Studies. I am still in my rental working towards masters certificates. I am grateful and thankful all at the same time. I have had fantastic experiences with Karen Yates during the whole application process. Kacey was nothing but helpful with the financials and Steph and the maintenance crew were attentive from the start. I am very happy to be able to rent from such an understanding and helpful company.

Looking for a new apartment was a nightmare until I found Compass Property Management. Setting up a self-guided tour was easy and efficient through Rently. Kasey made the move in requirements clear and concise which expedited our ability to move forward with the property. Karen was very attentive whenever I had questions about the property and did a great job creating the lease in a timely manner. Signing has never been so easy! Once the lease was signed and I had picked a move in day, Tay was a delight to work with going over the final move in processes when the time arrived to pick up the keys. Overall, the best moving experience I have had thanks to a great team of dedicated people.
