Hosbrook Manor Apartments

I noticed that the same Local Guide account has posted very similar 5-star reviews across several Nisbet-managed apartment communities, including this one, within a short period of time. I’m sharing this simply as an observation so readers have more context when looking through reviews. For additional context - a similar review from this same account was previously posted at Woodland Apartments, and it was later deleted after I mentioned it in my own review there. However, similar reviews from that account are still visible at other Nisbet-managed properties. So I guess the question is: are these just extremely loyal “traveling reviewers” or something else that readers should be aware of?

I had a great experience living at Hosbrook Manor, it's a wonderful friendly and safe community. It's also a perfect location near everything I need, management and the maintence team is great and responsive. I would highly recommend living here!

This apartment complex never once fixed my shower tub after numerous calls to have it fixed. I lived there for 7 years and they never updated any appliances (refrigerator, oven, bathroom, blinds, etc...). Then they proceeded to take my entire security deposit citing that the carpet needed replaced and appliances needed cleaning. I know from experience that all apartments over this long of a period of time have the carpet replaced and the walls painted, as well as any older, outdated appliances are replaced. They also used my electricity (A/C) after I had moved out and didn't offer to pay any of the bill. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a place.
