Horizon Square Apartments

I remember when they were pretty new in the late 70s 80s. I was in like 1st grade just moved from Florida. It was a very nice place then. Very well kept and very well managed.i have had the best childhood life there, till we moved back to Florida when I was in 6th grade:(. Now I live in Savannah Tennessee and I wanted to move back to Cleveland Tennessee I was open that there was an opening there maybe two bedroom one bath if possible. I would love to have apartment 605 again. My mother passed ( memory's are there)

Management is very nonchalant about application process. People are really out here going through things in the world . There is no need to make applicants to feel like they are a bother .

Worst place to stay. They can’t keep an apt manager. Never want to fix anything. Then when they find out you are moving they try to evict you and sue you for the problems they refuse to fix. How is this HUD? How do you pay little to no rent but they want to sue you for $2000 of problems you begged them months to fix? 0/10 be ready to get a lawyer..also have your receipts ready.

I do have to agree with some of the comments about the drug's coming back in. And I feel like they need to spray/treat for roaches more often. Rosetta is getting thing's done as quickly as possible but those are issues of both here.

I've lived in Horizon Square since 2012. When i first moved in i was like oh my goodness what did i get myself into - 1 star. But the current manager Renee has made it a much nicer place to live. Complete gut and remodel of all units in 2018 and constantly upgrading things like playgrounds and the parking lots. 5 stars
