I am a current renter here, When i first came to the first property showing instead of closing me on the place i first saw , she heard out my opinions and concerns and showed their other property which is amazing and now i have been there over a year. This was my first apartment i’ve rented and i love it . the community is good and the management is timely, professional, and kind. I definitely think they are a company that stands behind good morals. they offer cost effective properties that are well maintained and managed. if you’re new to clarksville and want a hassle free property with morals and standards this is your best option!

The Horizon team are always quick to respond no matter the issue and have been very polite. Ms. Brittany is top notch and all of our interactions with her have been amazing. So far so good happy to be renting with them.

They are not just a management company, they are Brittany, Jacob and Chris. Real people that pick up the phone and listen to you. I couldn't believe how responsive they were for the work orders. Everything was taken care of quickly whenever a problem came up. Beware of other rentals in the Clarksville area, Horizon had nothing to hide, and the cleanest and best kept rentals hands down. What's more is they are very fair with price and don't gauge you when it's time for renewal. They understand this is your HOME not just a rental. You cannot best them period.
