I have been a renter in Raleigh for years! Horizon Management has been incredible to "work" with since I have been one of their tenants. I have been at my rental for more than 6 years and have had the most absolute streamlined experience as far as landlord/tenant relations go. The ENTIRE team has been kind, courteous and professional. They are quick to resolve any property issues and have truly made my experience over the past (almost decade) a true delight. Cannot recommend choosing Horizon enough if you are looking for a rental company that really does care. Thanks y'all!!!

If I could have found another home in time, I would have stayed under their property management that's how great they are. It is a family ran business and they do a good job! I highly recommend.

Rachel is a gem. She is incredibly professional and personable. Everyone I have encountered thus far has been exceptionally kind and courteous. It's a family run business. Salt of the earth people. I have had the BEST experience. Night and day from the previous company I rented from. You will not find a better experience than dealing with Horizon, I promise. Great management company to work with. They've been super friendly, give clear communication and wonderful to work with. When I had an emergency repair situation, they contacted me back immediately to make sure I was okay and to know what was going on. Fairly quick to jump on home repairs and overall pretty responsive. I've been living in an apt managed by them for 6 months now and from the time I scheduled to see the apt, up to this point, they've done nothing but take good care of us and make sure everything is perfect in the home. Would recommend 👍
