Hope Village Apartment Homes

This was the absolute worst living experience I’ve ever had at 2919 Orange center blvd. Been living here for 6 months and in that time my family and i had to spend an entire day deep cleaning the apartment by ourselves our first day in, I had to request for another refrigerator that wasn’t working when we moved in, days after we got the get a used refrigerator, it took month before the used one stopped working. Took matters into my own hands to pay for some professional help to repair their refrigerator else where. Now the company that owns this apartment says that I have to pay to repair an A/C that I never damaged, also the home owners of this apartment wants us the tenants to make friends and a living space with tons of roaches.

This is the worst apartment to live in . The units are dirty and full of roaches, all the appliances are broken and they never come replace them. They are nasty and unorganized.

Little to no maintenance to the inside of the apartments. The whole place needs to be redone. You would think people of faith would do a better job. Beyond unprofessional. It should be rent free.

The whole place is falling apart!! They just remodeled new apartments when the ceiling is falling in on ours for the last year!! We also informed them our front door was damaged by the hurricane LAST YEAR and it still hasn't been fixed!!! Same with the tub!!!

they took money from my account without my consent . I had to cancel my account .And they try to make it look like I made the mistake when I knew it was fraud .
