Hoover Village

Out of all the apartments I have ever stayed in, this is by far the worst. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They do not care about their tenants, they only care about money. The pool has never been opened since I been here in two years. The laundry room is filthy and so is the fitness room. The trash overflows. The maintenance team is horrible. If you put in a request you may as well fix it yourself or continue living in whatever it is. The leasing manager sends out mass text messages being rude in them. She threatened to terminate people’s leases once if they continued to talk to her how she didn’t like. So no freedom of speech here. I could go on and on, but just know I wouldn’t rent out an apartment here for my dog. Everything that’s cheap ain’t good.

When I first moved in back in December I had a lot of maintenance issues. They’ve been under new management since the top of the year and things are a lot better. The new maintenance team is awesome. I feel safe, my neighbors are friendly and helpful. I’ve left my keys in the door twice and never had an issue.

If I’m being honest this place has been great. Brittany and her team making it better. Michael fixed all my plumbing problems and Marcus was able to find more issues I never saw. Brittany will tell you the truth upfront but guarantees she can make it happen and it she do. Recommend her and the guys

Hello, I have been living in HOOVER VILLAGE for going on four years seeing any or several property managers. But I have to give kudos to Brittney. She has changed this apartment complex around. Water bill has gone down grass being cut regular dumpsters working Internet, not going off Maintenance has improved around the complex. I’m very satisfied with my state and HOOVER VILLAGE and I highly recommend.

I moved into my apartment in April and upon move in, the air conditioner did not work, refrigerator leaks (keep a bowl in place to catch the water), went without air conditioner for at least a month and my child had to stay at her grandmother's house as it was too warm in the unit. Fast forward, new management but no communication from the property owners about the change. Every month my rent amount is different and the amount I pay is not worth the quality of my unit. The floor in the living room and my child's room is uneven so the foundation is poor. Laundry room barely works or takes money when you're in desperate need to wash clothes; pool has been closed since I moved in; I had to ask for a filter for my unit several times. I am very unhappy living here so I am waiting for lease
