When I reached out, I was ‘greeted’ with a dismissive five-second conversation that barely qualified as customer service. Hook owns the property across the street from me and refuses to do even minimal maintenance. After repeatedly complaining to the city I finally was forced to pay out of my pocket to trim his 15 foot overgrown stump that was blocking road, sidewalk, and visibility.
