They don't fix nothing they are unprofessional and they tow your cars I would never rent from them ever again

Bad atmosphere and people there the manager is very rude

Granted they are only open two days out of the week. However, on those two days they are ready to help ! Thank you again, Christine !

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived at. They come up with new rules every couple of weeks and give you no time to adjust. My car got a notice to be towed on Saturday, I got the notice Friday. They told me if I send proof that my registration was up to date and they’ll tell the towing company. My car gets towed anyway so I tried to contact the office and no one answers the phone for 2 days. I go get my car thinking it got towed for the expired stickers but no they told me it got towed because the apartment tagged my car to be towed. So apparently no one is ever in the office to answer the phone and when you finally do get in contact with someone they’re basically useless. (Thanks for your response, you basically told me that talking to your staff is useless just like I said in the post.

I've had enough of living in these horrible apartments. I wouldn't advise anyone to move here. I've been trying to contact the rent office for a month because i have roaches that's out of control and taking over my entire apartment, my dish washer has been broken and the hall light out side of our front door blew MONTHS ago. I've left several messages and my calls have not been returned. They are currently under new management and can place papers on our doors regarding rent but cant return SEVERAL messages that's been left on their voice mail. I refuse to continue to live here and raise my kids along with a new born that's due within a month. The kids have no play ground, i've been here two years and they've never opened the pool. As much as we are paying to live in this dump we have not
